The team
Ormond competes in the Victorian Amateur Football Association. The Senior side comprises a large number of players who have graduated from the extensive Ormond junior program, and is supplemented by a number of extremely talented recruits from around Victoria. Ormond also has a reserves, Club 18 and Under 19 side.

Facilities
Ormond has some of the best facilities of any Amateur Club. The atmosphere upstairs in the huge social rooms after an Ormond win is virtually unmatched in Amateur circles, and the recent resurfacing of the E.E. Gunn oval will make it one of the premier playing surfaces in the competition.
