On Saturday 14 February, the VAFA held its inaugural 2015 VAFA Conference, at which important information concerning the coming season was disseminated to all club officials. Information sessions were held about coaching, VAFA sponsors and marketing, new rules, umpires accreditation, player registrations, social media, and sports trainers’ education.
The Ormond AFC was very well represented by Richard Simon, Steve Manning, Tim Ashford, Greg Holman, Leo Dalton, Ash Lever, Michael Oaten, and Kieran Dalton. Thanks to these Club personnel who gave up their Saturday morning to attend.
The Conference presented new ideas and information for Season 2015, and provided a great opportunity for the 240 club representatives to mix and share ideas as well.
